When a client has Eclipse Client they need to contact Eclipse to have them install the ODBC drivers on the server and the machine hosting OSI.
Set EclipseClientMode to "true" in SharedSettings.xml
Settings in ODBC:
under Windows/sysWOW64 - odbcad32
SystemDSN - Data source Name should read: ECLIPSE
